‘Black Adam’ Poster Reveals Pierce Brosnan’s Dr. Fate Costume

A new character poster for Dwayne Johnson’s DC movie black adam offers a new look at Pierce Brosnan in full costume as Dr. Fate.

black adam will feature the Justice Society of America in the DCEU as a foil to Dwayne Johnson’s Teth-Adam. Among the ranks of the JSA is Pierce Brosnan’s Dr. Fate, a magical hero recognizable by his iconic golden helmet.

While the character has made a few brief television appearances before, Pierce Brosnan’s version of Dr. Fate in black adam it will mark the first time the hero has been adapted to the big screen.

The new poster with Pierce Brosnan’s Dr. Fate was shared by black adam star Dwayne Johnson on Twitter, along with the quote “Fate makes no mistakes.”

The new poster offers a clear look at Fate’s appearance, revealing the mysterious inscriptions on his suit and the asymmetrical design of his Fate Helmet.

Given how little the costume has appeared in trailers and other promotional material for black adamHowever, it’s unclear how long Pierce Brosnan’s Kent Nelson will spend fully clothed in the DC movie. However, it looks like he will play a pivotal role as a guiding force for Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam.

Brosnan’s Dr. Fate will appear alongside Aldis Hodge’s Hawkman, who serves as the leader of the Justice Society when they are introduced in black adam. The superhero team is expected to clash and join forces with Black Adam as he is forced to choose between the paths of good and evil.

Nearly 5,000 years after the Old Gods bestowed almighty powers on him and imprisoned him just as quickly, Black Adam (Johnson) is released from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique brand of justice on the modern world.

Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra from a screenplay written by Adam Sztykiel and Rory Haines & Sohrab Noshirvani, the DCEU film stars Dwayne Johnson, Aldis Hodge, Noah Centineo, Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, Quintessa Swindell, Bodhi Sabongui and Pierce Brosnan.
